Our recent consultancy assignments have included:

Due diligence process for a Fund proposing to invest in a major housing development, potentially the largest in Kenya. This involved a full financial appraisal of the project.
Proposal for the purchase of a former school with a view to re-establishing it as an educational institution with a clear vision and long term strategy. This included a valuation, assessment of reconstruction costs and a financial plan detailing running costs and revenues as well as projections for future expansion.
Valuation, assisting in purchase and advice on manufacturing methods in a factory producing construction products.
