NW Realite is a property consultancy firm with offices in Nairobi and presence in Kisumu, Nakuru and Nyeri. The firm's property management portfolio includes high rise commercial buildings in the two cities and an array of other choice commercial properties whose lettable space is in excess of 800,000 square feet.

Alongside this we manage a range of over 300 choice residential developments and stand alone residential properties. The annual rental turnover of our property management portfolio is in excess of Kshs 800 million. In addition we have carried out valuations in the past whose generated values run in the tens of billions of shillings.
